System Admins use their assigned username and password. Super System Admin uses a passkey. School staff accounts must use the regular school login.
Five failed attempts lock the account for 30 minutes. Only one session stays active.
System Admin passwords are restricted to the schools and features assigned by the owner.
Passkeys and Microsoft Authenticator protect the Super System Admin account.
System sessions expire after eight hours and can be revoked by the owner.
